Another anniversary that took place this week was the 25th anniversary of the opening of Expo ’86. It was an event that put Vancouver in the international spotlight and was a highlight for everyone that attended. There were pavilions from many countries with a transportation based theme. I was there a few times and remember it as a good time. I even had the chance to take part along with the MEI band I was in at the time. That day there was also an Amy Grant concert, though, I didn’t make it to that. Below are a few pictures. Continue reading
